I hope you remember this scene from the movie 3 Idiots, where Amir Khan explains the funda behind the statement “All is well”. This scene particularly explains the art and power of positive affirmations. Every movie which is being made, every game which is being played and won or every success which is being achieved, they all follow the art of positive affirmations. It all starts with positive statements which you say to yourself and envision yourself achieving it.
Affirming beliefs start at the conscious level where you start saying positive statements, words and quotes to yourself which in turn start having an influence on your mindset, your energy and outlook to an extent that they train your brain at the subconscious level and impact what happens in real life.
Affirmations are personal statements which have the power to boost your self-esteem, reduce stress, and manifest the life of your dreams by raising the vibration of the energy you send into the universe. This energy works like a boomerang which goes and comes back to you with more positive
Universe is like a Kalpvriksh under which we are sitting and expressing our intentions verbally to create what we want in our life rather than using language, statements or words that showcase our fears. In our life, whatever we put our attention to, grows multifold. Saying positive affirmations focuses our attention towards the positive experiences that we wish to create and speak them into existence.
Blueprint for the affirmation process –
1. Create a Well-Formed positive statement: Make your affirming statements using “ I ” and in present tense. Use only positive affirming statements to manifest your desires. Like –
“I am full of positive energy”
“I am happy and attracting abundance”
“I am loved”
“I am healthy”
“I am worthy”
“I am a money magnet”
2. How To Use your New Affirmation Statement:
Make it a habit and repeat your affirmative statements throughout the day. Feel as if they are real as it attracts the same energy from the universe. Just believe that positive self-talk brings positive results.
3. Stalk you Old Habits:
When you start to realise that negative thoughts are revisiting you during the day, counter them by repeating your positive affirmations. Be mindful and conscious of your words, acts and language throughout your day.
